The Boreal Guard buffed

TBG is being buffed to have stats “appropriate to its level.” With these changes, it is now definitively the BiS shield.

Changes to item are:

+70 Armor
+2 Block Value
-14 Strength
+6 Stamina
+2 Defense Rating
+2 Block Rating
+37 Parry Rating

    Maybe we’ll see it drop some day.

    RNG hates us… I went to the official tanking forum and every random Warrior / Paladin I click on has some combination of Titanguard and WoT/Northern Barrier. Luck needs to get on our side and make one of these things drop.

    Interesting note: 10 man hard more WEAPONS are 232 ilevel… They buffed this shield to be 232 to match the item level of normal 25 man WEAPONS. Since they are giving this treatment to a SHIELD (considering it a weapon) shouldn’t they in turn buff Northern Barrier to ilevel 232?
