Even though it is updated to one shield per player, PTR reports still show the FoL HoT effect will trigger for other paladin healers. I am not sure how Prot spell power adds up with TbtL, but the bonus from DG still helps. This also allows the other paladins to shield the OTs. Divine Guardian will still provide some use.
